Saigon Restaurant Moving Via Bicycle

Always observant out the windows when we are traveling in a bus, I spotted this gentleman demonstrating how much "restaurant equipment" he could get on his "cyclo" also known by some as a pedal cab.

If you look close you will see the large round steel table tops, green table legs, various cooking pots, a propane tank to cook over, and oh yes, the red things are the famous miniature red stools they give you at a street side restaurant to sit on.  These stools are kind of like sitting on a plastic milk crate but they are smaller than that and feel like any minute they will just squish flat under your torso.

Anyway, this series of pictures demonstrates the resourcefulness you see very often on the streets of Vietnam.
