Today after visiting the third leper village in two days, we finally reached a limit with Gary. We were scheduled to be picked up and taken out to the Catholic Mass for 2,000 minority tribes people but realized Gary had already had too much sun and was just plain exhausted. The Mother Superior did not even give us a choice but just called and cancelled the car that was to come for us. Gary has been sleeping now for over 2 hours and I am sure will be much better tomorrow.
There is always a good side to these things…now I am having the time to catch up on my communication of our adventure to you...hope to even transmit some pictures as well. Keep praying for us but also know we are being well taken care of.
