April 1 - Sister Cat's

After our visit to the National facility, we went next door to the grounds of "Sister Cat's". This lovely lady runs a retirement home of sorts for a number of aging nuns. They were all charming and came out into the halls to greet us. Many in their 90's, they giggled and smiled for us. This is definitely a charming place of rest for these ladies who have dedicated their lives in service of the Lord.



Sister Cat also serves the lepers and their families. Many children of lepers use this as their base from which to attend school and further their education. We delivered here a number of leprosy bandages
