And by the way 100% of donated funds goes out to the people for the projects. When you see nice accommodations on this trip, trust me...we each paid for our trip expenses personally.
This was my first "working trip" with the D.O.V.E. Fund group and I had not been fully prepared for the whirlwind of activities we would encounter during this first week in Vietnam.
While we were staying in very nice accommodations in the ancient city of Hue, we saw very little of Hue as every morning we boarded vans for a drive north to the various locations of the schools and facilities that needed our attention with a dedication or fact finding visit.
Today we boarded the vans to head out of Hue and head south to Da Nang and Hoi An.
It was time to catch our breath at the Golden Sands Resort.
